HYPERCON cooperates with raw material suppliers to provide high-performance raw materials with the objective of facilitating new applications that cut CO₂ emissions and save resources.

Our raw materials HYPERCON ELEMENTS and application-specific products such as HYPERCON COMPOUNDS are designed to ensure that the current and future needs of customers in the industrial sector, and in particular in the concrete and ceramics industry, are completely satisfied through the intelligent reuse of secondary raw materials and non-hazardous industrial waste.

In close cooperation with strategic partners, HYPERCON offers raw material producers machines and equipment for processing minerals, residual materials and crushed concrete, as well as for recycling industrial waste, all with a sustainable approach to development that ensures the highest levels of safety and quality with the utmost respect for the environment. Upcycling – the new recycling?

With recycling processes already pushing their boundaries, upcycling is the next logical step in the development of the circular economy. The special thing about upcycling is that it allows used or unused resources to be given a completely new function, which in most cases represents a considerable enhancement in value. Ideally, this is accomplished by using as few resources as possible, such as in the “COLD CERAMIX” application, which enables tile-like products to be made without the need for firing. HYPERCON’s mission is to efficiently create something new, useful and sustainable for which there is expected to be high demand. What makes HYPERCON stand out

Customers’ expectations and demands for sustainability are changing, which has triggered a transformation towards recyclable and upcycable raw materials as well as increasing recycling of resources that previously went unused. HYPERCON aims to accelerate the use of secondary or anthropogenic deposits or raw material sources (urban mining) by using new formulations and optimising and varying material quality and properties.

Every upcycled product is an individual solution. Raw materials, formulations and interactions in materials are controlled by the HYPERCON process during production.
