HYPERCON services for raw material

HYPERCON services secure the investment and allow industrial product samples of a future plant.

A unique service for raw material manufacturers provided by HYPERCON

We can charge existing plants with an industrial sample of the customer’s raw material so that the customer's technical staff can be involved in the testing and understand in detail what solutions we are developing and what type of plant is being supplied.

Before investing, a customer or partner receives the production rates, power consumption and even the demands and issues of the prospective production process. In addition to this, the customer can also receive an industrial sample of the final product that is to be produced in the planned plant before making the investment, which can be presented to potential customers to gauge their interest and obtain their commitment to buy.

Research and Development

Together with our partners, we can simulate all types of preparation and processing, based on samples provided, in order to define the optimum design of a plant. During this process, we ensure that the required quality of the final product is attained.

Working in the lab and pilot plant plays a fundamental role in the company’s strategy, as this supports our projects at every stage.

Starting with structured sampling of the raw materials to be investigated – optionally preceded by geological studies and planning for raw material extraction – followed by research and product development through to industrial simulations and production analyses: a high degree of specialisation and our extensive experience allow us to react individually and efficiently to our customers’ requirements.

HYPERCON’s expertise encompasses the most important tests for characterising numerous minerals, such as quartz sand or feldspar sand, and simulating the industrial behaviour of the raw materials, while at the same time developing solutions for the recycling of residues and waste materials from concrete and ceramics production as well as excavated material such as crushed concrete.

HYPERCON collaborates with external research centres and universities on research and development work on the physical and chemical treatment of raw materials and the identification of potential new materials.
