HYPERCON technology for the construction, concrete and ceramics industries

Concrete is the most widely used building material worldwide. Critical is the high cement consumption, through which concrete contributes to around eight percent of global greenhouse gas emissions.

The circular economy is the focal point of every application

HYPERCON combines circular economy solutions for recycling used concrete and unused primary raw materials for the production of standard concrete, HPC and UHPC with efficient and sustainable material usage. New processes and materials enable leaner structures and reduce the use of materials as well as cutting CO2 emissions.

Our focus is on making regionally available and, above all, hitherto non-recyclable materials usable and supplying them for higher-value recycling in the spirit of the circular economy. Previously unused raw materials and recycled materials are activated and made available for use – for example, fines from broken concrete for the production of cement or concrete.

HYPERCON technologies make the decentralised production of customised and high-quality concrete building materials economical, even when using previously unused raw materials such as waste materials and recycled materials. This and the simultaneous reduction in CO2 emissions open up new applications and sustainable business models. The applications currently based on stationary systems will in future be supported by a mobile system that we are currently developing.

Optimisation of complex production processes

HYPERCON makes it possible to adjust selected production parameters and plant controls to suit individual concrete application scenarios.

HYPERCON aims to continuously optimise the complex interactions within the production process.

HYPERCON technologies guarantee stable process engineering in the future for a wide range of requirements with variable raw materials and aggregates, enabling recipe developments and production using regionally available primary raw materials, waste products and recycled materials (e.g., concrete rubble), thus achieving significant improvements in resource conservation, improving product quality and economic efficiency, while reducing CO2 emissions.

HYPERCON solutions are focused on the concrete and ceramics industries.
